Abstract:
To provide a method of producing a thermoplastic resin composition scarce in an aggregated foreign matter of carbon black, and excellent in dispersibility.SOLUTION: The method of producing a thermoplastic resin composition includes: a process of producing a carbon black master batch (MB) by feeding to a twin screw extruder to melt and knead it and passing through a screen mesh 50-90 mass% of a thermoplastic resin (A-1), and 50-10 mass% of carbon black (B) pulverized by a jet mill pulverizer; and a process of producing a resin composition having a resin content of carbon black in the resin composition of 0.1-5 mass% by feeding a thermoplastic resin (A-2), the carbon black master batch (MB), and at least one of a stabilizer (C) and a release agent (D) to a twin screw extruder to melt and knead it.SELECTED DRAWING: None
