This thermoplastic resin powder composition is provided by consisting of (a) a methacrylic polymer block consisting of a methacrylic monomer as a main component and (b) an acrylic polymer block consisting of an acrylic monomer as a main component, and is obtained by dry-blending (F) silicone oil, (Y) particles having a smaller particle diameter than that of (X) a thermoplastic elastomer composition powder in this order to (X) the thermoplastic elastomer composition powder consisting of (A) an acrylic block copolymer having an acid anhydride group and/or carboxy group and (B) an acrylic polymer at least having (C) 1.1 reactive functional groups in one molecule.
