Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a nanofiber having required physical properties in a large amount by regulating spinning conditions in a spinning area in which a nozzle block and a collector are installed and allowing the uniform electric spinning relating to the mass production of the nanofiber by the electric spinning.
The mass production method of the nanofibers includes the step of setting a spinning area formed of the nozzle block in which a large number of spinning nozzles are arranged and the collector which collects the nanofibers, the step of determining a factor for regulating physical properties of the nanofibers in the spinning area and the step of the electric spinning in the spinning area by regulating the determined factor.
