The method for producing water drip coffee comprises the following process: pulverizing roasted coffee beans into an average particle diameter of 850 m; charging the pulverized coffee beans into an extraction pod and pouring water into the pod to extract coffee extract via stirring at normal temperature; stopping stirring when the concentration of the coffee extract reaches a prescribed value; starting three-phase separation into coffee oil content, extract and extracted lees; collecting the coffee extract in the intermediate part of the three phases when finishing the three-phase separation.
