Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a wet master batch which, when producing a wet master batch by mixing and coagulating a slurry solution and a rubber solution, can make dispersion of filler and the like into a composition generated from a coagulum sufficiently uniform.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a wet master batch by mixing and coagulating a slurry solution containing filler and a rubber solution, wherein the slurry solution and the rubber solution are supplied to a mixing tank, stirred, mixed, and coagulated and, when a coagulated liquid containing a coagulum, which was aged in an aging tank, is taken out, a constant amount of the coagulated liquid is left in the aging tank and a coagulant of the next batch is supplied to the aging tank and stirred together with the residual coagulated liquid.
