Abstract:
To provide a method for rapidly mass-producing young moss seedlings suitable as a greening plant under an artificially controlled environment.
The method for producing young moss seedlings with reproduced buds 2 bred around gametophyte 1 comprises repeating light and dark periods every 24 h or shorter in a nutritious liquid at 0-60°C, with a photosynthesis effective photon flux density (PPFD) of ≤200 (μmolm-2s-1)and in a fertilizer concentration (mS/cm) of 0-1.0 and making an aerating agitation to control the growth of young moss seedlings.
