To provide a method of producing a shell component having an optional cross section shape accurately without increasing production process steps and a production cost.
A cavity 110 having a cross section shape corresponding to a cross section shape of a shell of a tire support is formed in an extruding die 108, and a melted aluminum alloy M is supplied into the cavity 110 from a ladle 102. Drawing belts 120 and 122 are installed on the down stream side of the extruding die 108, and the drawing belts 120 and 122 are circulated while holding a plate 136 drawn out of the extruding die 108, whereby the aluminum alloy M is moved to the extruding direction in the cavity 110 and cooled by the extruding die 108 to be coagulated in the cavity 110 in such a way as to form a cross sectional shape corresponding to the cross sectional shape of the shell 26.
