Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a zigzagged air filter material low in pressure loss by retaining the filter medium in a corrugated shape with adhesive layers solidified, while forcible bending by a triangular force plunger the filter medium having the adhesive layers formed on at least both the face of each side edge of the filter medium.
CONSTITUTION: A filter medium 1 having the adhesive layers 2 and 3 formed on at least both the faces of each side edge of the filter medium 1 is retained in a corrugated or saw-toothes shape, while being forcibly bent by a triangular force plunger 5 with the adhesive layers 2 and 3 solidified. As a result, a zigzagged air filter medium low in pressure loss can be produced.
