Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of seedling cultivation of stichopus japonicus, and provided thereby is a method for promoting the growth and coloration of apostichopus japonicus selenta. The method comprises the following steps: inducing spawning of apostichopus japonicus selenta, carrying out artificial insemination and hatching; at the stage of planktonic larvae cultivation, feeding yeast and adding a mixture of phaffia rhodozyma and photosynthetic bacteria; when the late auricularia larvae develop into the differentiation of the tracheal system thereof, placing a sterilized purple corrugated plate frame and cultivating at light intensity of 5-50Lx; after the larvae of apostichopus japonicus selenta are attached, feeding the same with artificial compound feed and cultivating the same with Phaffia rhodozyma to young apostichopus japonicus selenta; and cultivating the young apostichopus japonicus selenta at a light intensity of 2000-2500Lx and a light cycle of 14-12L: 10-12D until the growth stage of the apostichopus japonicus selenta. With the method provided by the present invention for cultivating the apostichopus japonicus selenta at the seedling stage, the development and coloration of the apostichopus japonicus selenta are significantly promoted, the breeding period is shortened, and the process of breeding and industrialization of the apostichopus japonicus selenta is accelerated.
