Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the method for projecting a metallic projecting part capable of efficiently protecting the metallic projecting part at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A recessed molding flask 40 enclosing the outer side of the metallic projecting part is mounted in such a manner that the opening surface of the recessed molding flask 40 is pressed to the surface of a structure, such as steel sheet 50, apart a spacing between the flask and the metallic projecting part such as head of a bolt 60. A resin 70 for multi-pack curing type molding 70 having ≤30 second flow property holding time after mixing its component liquids is injected into a space C formed between the recessed molding flask 40 and the projecting part 60 by using a resin injecting device having a self- cleaning mechanism right after mixing the respective component liquids and is cured, by which the projecting part 60 is covered with a resin molded article 72.
