Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely obtain a sample corresponding to a kind of a foundation by establishing a process coping with occurrence of an air-lifter action caused by injection of air bubbles from a forehead sampler during deep drilling below underground water.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of the presence of a water vein layer at a shallow depth, a position where underground water flows out, is confirmed, and then an air packer 3 is inserted so as to carry out impregnation of a grout material under pressure, and after curing, the flowing position is temporarily blocked. Then, filler 5 such as water cement is filled under pressure, and after curing and solidifying, a sampler 1 is inserted again into the blocked hole at the flowing position, and the drilling is made so as to take up samples of the filler 5 and the grout material. In this phase, by the impregnation of the filler under pressure, the wall surface of the drilled hole is solidified, and the filler oozes out from gaps between among particles constituting the foundation so as to solidify the foundation around the drilled hole, thereby it is possible to prevent breakage. In this case, if a fragment layer is present at a shallow depth, a filler 5 having a low underwater diffusion rate is filled at a low pressure. Further, if a debris layer is present at a shallow depth, a filler 5 having a low underwater diffusion rate is filled, and then, a member having a diameter smaller than the bore of the drilled hole is inserted into the latter, and is then rotated for drilling the hole after solidification in order to form a hole wall.
