To make enjoyable a cartoon without turning the page of a book and without reading the characters of the cartoon.
A still picture 50 has plural blocks 61-66 ordered in advance. Voice is related to each of plural blocks 61-66. Each of plural blocks corresponds to the 'frame' of the cartoon. The voice is one uttering characters contained in the 'frame' of the cartoon. The method of providing cartoon with postrecording has a step for displaying the still picture 50 on display equipment 25a and a step for outputting the audio related to each of plural blocks 61-66 output equipment 25b according to the order of plural blocks 61-66 to contained in the still picture 50 while the still picture 50 is displayed on the display equipment 25a.
