A predetermined group makes a contact in advance with the service provider so that the plurality of the users constituting the group can utilize the plurality of the plans the service provider provides, and the user uses a terminal device to reserve utilization of the contracted plan (S1). A management server of the service provider refers contract information with the group the user, who makes an reservation application, belongs to in a database (S2), acquires reservation information on each of the contracted plans (S3), and changes the reservation information of the predetermined plan within a range of the contract if necessary on the basis of the reservation information and the contract information (S7).
