Abstract:
To provide methods for purifying a specific biomolecule from a sample of a patient with a disease and identifying a biomarker for a specific disease by using an oligonucleotide aptamer that binds to a specific biomolecule associated with the disease.SOLUTION: The present invention describes a method of using magnetically assisted fast aptamer selection (MARAS) to select an aptamer that has a high binding affinity for a biomolecule associated with a certain disease, from a nucleic acid library, and has no binding affinity for other biomolecules associated with no disease. On the other hand, as a capture ligand for purifying a specific biomolecule associated with a disease from a sample of a patient with a disease, a method of using the obtained aptamer is also presented. Furthermore, the invention describes using the obtained aptamer, as a capture ligand for purifying biomolecules with a specific binding affinity range by applying a vibrating magnetic field range as a virtual filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
