Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method to purify a mixture containing halosilanes and hydrocarbons by removing hydrocarbons.
CONSTITUTION: The purpose of this method is to decrease the content of hydrocarbons in halosilanes and the method includes the decrease of the amt. of hydrocarbons in a mixture of hydrocarbons and halosilane by bringing the mixture into contact with an adsorbent which shows selective adsorptivity for hydrocarbons.
