Abstract:
To purify polluted soil down to a depth and to allow safe work execution in a city area, at the site of a factory, and the like by reducing the generation of odor and preventing ignition caused by construction work.
A casing 3 is erected into the ground by a full turning press-in excavating device 2 provided with a rotating drive mechanism for chucking the outer periphery of the casing 3 to replace polluted soil, and an excavating means such as a drilling bucket 4 is hung down inside from the upper end of the casing 3 to excavate and discharge soil. At this time, inert gas is led into the casing 3, and excavation is carried out while lowering the concentration of oxygen and inflammable gas.
