Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to purify a waste soybean curd liquid with a simple device and continuous stages by removing solids having large grain sizes of the waste soybean curd liquid, then adjusting the pH of this waste liquid to neutrality and passing the waste liquid through an HR type reverse osmosis membrane in a high-temp. state.

CONSTITUTION: The purification of the waste soybean curd liquid is executed by first filtering the solids of the large grain sizes of the waste soybean curd liquid with a net. Next, the pH of this waste liquid is adjusted to the neutrality and the waste liquid is passed through the HR type reverse osmosis membrane in the high-temp. state before cooling, for example, 30°C and 50°C.
