Abstract:
To provide a technique that allows for quickly and accurately quantifying Zn with high sensitivity through a simple analytical procedure.SOLUTION: A Zn quantification method provided herein comprises a sample preparation step of preparing a measurement sample from a measurement target object, and quantification step of quantifying Zn contained in the sample. In the sample preparation step, a container containing a sample being prepared is covered with a lid except when putting the contents in and out of the container. During the quantification step, a gas dilution introduction method is applied using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
