Abstract:
To provide a method for promoting the quantitative and quick removal of phenol from crude wood vinegar.
Powdery papain enzyme is mixed into crude wood vinegar and the mixture is subjected to agitation and slight shock for a prescribed period. The treated crude wood vinegar is treated with finely crushed charcoal.
