PURPOSE: To instantaneously and surely execute the recognition of a collected bill amount, the pick-up of each individual house number and the recognition of the whole uncollected bill amount, etc., of the picked-up individual house number after respective collectors return to an office.

CONSTITUTION: A bill collecting data collection recognizing and controlling method is characterized in such a way that a portable bill collecting data input/output slave equipment 6 successively and exteriorly displays a part or the whole of bill collecting data such as an address, a name, the bill, an identification number, etc., at every individual house number from which the bill is successively collected at every prescribed area with a data display device 6a and also successively reads bill collecting data of respective receipts 3a at every area, which is given at every individual house number in place of the collected bill at the time of collecting the bill so that a part or the whole of previously stored bill collecting data corresponding to the respective receipts 3a are successively erased, then, a part or the whole of successively erased bill collecting data/a part or the whole of unerased bill collecting data are inputted to a computer 2 with a bill collecting data input/output master equipment 4 and bill collecting data at every individual house number is recognized and controlled by the above computer 2.
