To make it possible to recover an oversprayed coating material and to reuse this material by installing capturing materials formed using UF films and MF films before a filter or wet process duct collector capturing the oversprayed coating material or in place thereof, thereby passing an org. solvent through the UF films and MF films.
The capturing materials 34 formed by using the UF films and MF films are installed before the filter or wet process duct collector for capturing the oversprayed coating material or in place of the filter or the wet process duct collector and an org. solvent is passed through the UF films and MF films. As a result, the oversprayed coating material sticking onto the capturing materials 34 flows down in a gravity direction and the oversprayed coating material is recovered under the capturing materials 34. If a recovering tank 47 capable of keeping the coating material stored is installed at the falling point of the oversprayed coating material in the gravity direction, the recovered coating material may be reutilized as it is or after adjustment.
