PURPOSE: To enable rapid adsorption and detection with high sensitivity.
CONSTITUTION: Analyte included in gas phase is bonded immunologically with the bond partner contained in gas and first carrier matrix to be recovered and/or detected immunologically by a method provided. By this method, the gas phase containing analyte is moved into contact with a first carrier matrix (immunity adsorbent). The analyte is bonded with a first bond partner which is included in the first carrier matrix, but not bonded with the matrix. The complex of the analyte and first bond partner and the first free bond partner are dissolved from the first bond partner and the dissolved complex and first free bond partner are measured by this method as the index of an amount of the existing analyte.
