Abstract:
To provide a method capable of efficiently collecting silver eluted in a copper electrolyte by electrolytic refining of copper.SOLUTION: A collection method for silver included in a copper electrolyte includes an adsorption process of adsorbing silver included in the copper electrolyte by making the electrolyte contact with an anion exchange resin, and an elution process of making elute the silver by making an eluant contact the silver-adsorbed anion exchange resin. In the adsorption process, the chloro complex ion of silver is adsorbed in the anion exchange resin by making the copper electrolyte in which a chloride ion concentration is controlled to 0.1 mmol/L or more but 10 mmol/L or less contact the anion exchange resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
