An organic solvent is mixed into a nonaqueous positive electrode material paste, and a binder and an organic solvent contained in the nonaqueous positive electrode material paste are dissolved and separated into a dissolved component and a non-dissolved residue. In the organic solvent, solubility parameter according to the Fedors method is 8.7 or more and 14.0 or less. The binder and the organic solvent can be prevented from being aggregated in a state of wrapping an active material and a conductive material, the active material and the conductive material can be easily separated and the binder and the organic solvent can be easily separated.
