To provide a method for removing soot particles, halides and mercury at high efficiency and further effectively recovering them from flying ash-containing exhaust gas produced in an incineration process of waste.
(1) A valuables recovering method from the flying ash comprises a first process in which the flying ash in the exhaust gas discharged from an incineration furnace of waste is caught by a dry method using basic medicament in a temperature region of ≥100°C and then the halides are recovered by solid-liquid separation using water washing and a second process in which the flying ash in the exhaust gas that is uncaught at dry type catching is brought into contact with a basic chemical solution in a temperature region of <100°C to shift the flying ash into a solution containing the chemical solution and then mercury compounds are recovered from the solution by solid-liquid separation. (2) The flying ash caught in the first process is blended with the flying ash-containing solution obtained in the second process instead of water washing and the halides and the mercury compounds are recovered by solid-liquid separation.
