Abstract:
To provide a system for effectively recovering waste heat of a lime kiln of an apparatus for a treatment of regenerating lime in the papermaking industry.
A large heat recovery is enabled by arranging a heat exchanger 130 in which PFA or FEP fluororesin lining is applied to the region between a dust collector 121 and a desulfurization apparatus 128 in a waste gas passage of the lime kiln 110 to prevent the acid dew point corrosion by sulfur oxide in the waste gas, and recovering the heat till a gas temperature not higher than the dew point of the sulfur oxide contained in the waste gas.
