After concrete scraps are crushed by a crusher into blocks of about 40 mm or below in size, the blocks are crushed into crushed sand about 10 mm or below in size by using a cage mill having ceramic percussion pins. Next, the crushed sand is separated by a wind selector into sand and powder.
