Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce both the equipment cost and the operating cost by reusing a part of the produced secondary gas or unnecessary components in the gas for the fluidizing gas in a fluidized bed gasifier in the two-step gasification wherein a fluidized bed gasifier and a high-temperature oxidizing oven are used.
SOLUTION: An organic waster material 12 is fed into a gasifier 10 using a fluidized bed for primary gasification, and a gaseous material obtained in the gasifier 10 is introduced into a high-temperature oxidizing oven 30 at a temperature higher than that in the gasifier for secondary gasification. The produced gas is passed through a scrubber 56 and a unit 58 for removing an acidic gas to wash and purify. In the above-mentioned steps, a part of the gas at the outlet of the scrubber is branched and fed into the gasifier for recycling as the fluidizing gas. Or, a part of CO2 gas separated by the unit 58 may be branched and fed into the gasifier for recycling as the fluidizing gas.
