This method for regenerating the concrete structure comprises using the steel product 1 in the concrete of the concrete structure as an internal electrode and the electrodes installed on the surface part of the concrete structure as external electrodes 5 and subjecting the concrete structure to the electrochemical treatment to pass currents between the external electrodes 5 and/or between the external electrodes 5 and the internal electrode, then coating the surface of the concrete structure. The timing for applying the surface coating is elucidated, by which the error and trouble in the application are prevented and the safe execution of the work is assured.
