Abstract:
PURPOSE: To regenerate a piping at high performance and low cost without requiring a sewage treatment, drying, etc., by executing polishing and finishing of the inside of the existing piping having a specific diameter size to get rid of the rust, scale, etc., without using polishing and washing water.
CONSTITUTION: A soft in-pipe traveling plug is forcibly fed into the piping to decide the present condition of the piping. An adequate plug for polishing is selected and is forcibly fed back and forth by a dry process in the piping by which the pipe is internally cleaned. A primer is applied in the pipe and dried. A resin is injected into the pipe and a lining plug is forcibly fed therein to line the inside of the pipe.
