Abstract:
To provide a method for removing tin from a waste removing soln. for tin or solder with nitric acid and ferric ion (Fe3+) as the main components and regenerating it as a removing soln.
The waste removing soln. for removing the tin or solder depositing on copper or copper alloy consisting of an aq. soln. of nitric acid and ferric ion (Fe3+) is regenerated as follows. Namely, the waste soln. is heated to 50-70°C to precipitate metastannic acid to remove tin from the waste soln., and then copper or copper and lead are removed from the waste soln. freed from tin.
