Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the output precision while reducing the manpower of regulation in the output regulation of rotating angle.
SOLUTION: After wheel ICs 31 and 32 are assembled in opposition to a permanent magnet 28 fixed to the rotating shaft 13 of a throttle valve 12, the rotating shaft 13 is rotated, the throttle valve 12 is regulated to have a prescribed throttle opening and temporarily fixed, and the output value to the throttle opening at that time is written to the wheel ICs 31 and 32 from the outside. Namely, since the writing process of the output value to the throttle opening of the throttle valve 12 is performed only in the final stage after the completion of assembling, the manpower of regulation can be reduced with an easy output regulation, and the output precision can be improved.
