Title:
METHOD OF REINFORCING UNDERWATER FOUNDATION AGGREGATE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3716314
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation riprap reinforcing method for preventing cleavage or the like even if a large horizontal seismic force acts on the riprap.
SOLUTION: Stones 2 are dropped to the sea bottom to form the foundation riprap 101, and while boring inward from an inclined face 101a, a reinforcing pipe 11 of a hollow single pipe shape formed of a steel material and opened at both ends is inserted. An injection bag body 12 formed of a rubber-based material into a bag shape with a bag opening 12a is stored in the tip of the reinforcing pipe, and the tip outside the reinforcing pipe 11 is protected with a cover 14 mounted in an outward openable manner with a hinge 13. An injection material such as cement milk with aging hardenability having fluidity immediately after formation and hardened with the lapse of time is pressed in from a rear end opening 11b of the reinforcing pipe 11 to expand the injection bag body 12 so as to be fitted to stones S of the foundation riprap 101, and after the injection material is hardened, the rear end of the reinforcing pipe 11 is joined to an anchor block or the like.
