To solve the problems in a conventional method that a visitor needs to know the department or person in charge of a visiting designation in advance, and find out the number of a designation by operating an automatic reception terminal when the extension number of a partner is changed by a seat change or the like even if the extension number of the vising designation is stored because of a high visiting frequency; and a side (company or person) who receives a visit has its work disturbed by the interruption of a telephone reporting a less welcome visit for business without an appointment, cannot determine a visitor who uses the name of a customer, and must separately take out the information related to the visitor when it is required.
This method related to automatic reception comprises an extraction step for extracting visit schedule information related to a visitor in reference to the authentication information acquired from the visitor; a history extraction step for extracting the history information related to the visitor; a history reporting system for transmitting the history information to a visit scheduled designation; and a reporting step for reporting the visit to the visit scheduled designation in reference to the visit schedule information.
