Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a condensable molten solid from a hot gas flow.
SOLUTION: A molten solid is entrained, in an aerosol state, by a gas flow and is separated by condensation and further, the hot gas flow is guided to a cooling part which is equipped with at least a single cleaning element traveling in the region of the cooling part and also can be vacated. In addition, the gas from which the molten solid substance entrained in an aerosol state is removed is directly supplied to a gas quenching system and a wet extractor for a solid condensate. The velocity of a translational and/or a rotary motion of the cleaning element is changed during cleaning.
