Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of removing a dental supplementation from a mold, which can readily remove the dental supplementation from the mold in a short time and prevent the dental supplementation from flawing.
CONSTITUTION: First, a mold 18 having a dental supplementation formed therein is held by the glove 19 of a sand blast device. Subsequently, an abrasive material 14 consisting of acrylic beads (with a diameter of 100μm or less) having hardness lower than that of the dental supplementation is sprayed from a diffuser nozzle 21 to the mold 18 at 3-6 atmospheric pressure. Then, the dental supplementaion is removed therefrom by removing the buried matter comprising the mold 18.
