Title:
METHOD FOR REMOVING HEAVY METAL DISSOLVED IN WELL WATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005074378
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an adsorbent for removing heavy metals dissolved in well water wherein problems of diffusion controlling a conventional beads packed column and of equipment and costs for sand filtration are solved, and also to provide the adsorbent used as it is without being made into module.

In the adsorbent for removing the heavy metals dissolved in the well water, a cloth like base material is used as a base material, and a reactive point is generated on the base material. A reactive monomer is polymerized by a graft polymerization method to form a graft chain, and a metal ion capturing group is introduced to the graft chain.
