Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended matter removing method by which the matter suspended in the bottom layer of the water circulating in bathhouse facilities, an aquarium, a nursery or the like is removed efficiently without exerting labor and time by physical treatment without using a filter and chemicals.
SOLUTION: The first flow path A is constituted by setting the inclination of a gutter 1a to be 0.86°, the first bended part is constituted by connecting a bended member 2a to the lower end of the gutter 1a, the second flow path B is constituted by connecting a gutter 1b to the first bended part and setting the inclination of the gutter 1b to be 0.86°, the second bended part is constituted by connecting a bended member 2b to the lower end of the gutter 1b and the third flow path C is constituted by connecting a gutter 1c to the second bended part and setting the inclination of the gutter 1c to be 0.86°. The water to be treated is made to flow from the upper end of the route A, the suspended matter existing in the bottom layer of the water is made to drop out in the straightly advancing direction at the first and second bended parts and removed. The treated water is made to flow over the first and second bended parts and recovered.
