Title:
METHOD OF REPAIRING BROKEN HOLE OF FURNACE WALL OF COKE OVEN CARBONIZATION CHAMBER AND DEVICE FOR REPAIRING BROKEN HOLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2008202004
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method and a device which can cope with various shapes and sizes of broken holes and can repair broken holes in hot state from the carbonization chamber side efficiently and so as to form a repaired wall with high strength, in the method and the device for repairing broken holes of the furnace wall of a coke oven carbonization chamber in such a state where the temperature of the furnace wall is kept at a temperature of 700C or higher, by using manipulators.

The method of repairing broken holes, which obtains shape data by measuring the shape of a broken hole 3 from the carbonization chamber side, by using manipulators 5 and 6 equipped with a shape measuring means 7, a refractory gripping means 13 and a refractory thermal spraying means 8, fabricates a refractory 4 to give a shape insertable to the broken hole 3 based on the shape data, inserts the fabricated refractory 4 into the broken hole 3 from the carbonization chamber side while gripping the refractory 4 with the refractory gripping means 13, and thermal-sprays a refractory directing to the refractory 4 and the boundary between the refractory 4 and the broken hole 3 until the spraied refractory becomes flush with the wall surface with the refractory thermal spraying means 8, to close the broken hole 3; and the repairing device for repairing broken holes therefor; are provided.
