PURPOSE: To improve permeability and adhesion by opening holes of a specific size reaching a body at specific intervals through an existing waterproof layer, laying a permeable lining cushioning material thereon and applying a film waterproof material thereon.
CONSTITUTION: In order to discharge water staying between a body and an existing waterproof layer, holes of 2 to 30mm diameter are opened to reach the body at intervals of 10 to 200cm through the existing waterproof layer. A permeable lining cushioning material is laid thereon and deaerators are installed at suitable intervals. A soft unsaturated polyester resin waterproof material mixed with a benzoyl peroxide/amine hardener is applied thereon by an application means such as a trowel, a brush, a roller, a sprayer or the like, and hardened. After applying a waterproof material, a protective material is applied on the waterproof layer at need.
