Abstract:
To provide a method for repairing roof tiles capable of firmly adhering roof tile materials damaged by a typhoon or the like to each other and remarkably improving the wind resistance of the entire roof surface.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for repairing roof tiles where the roof tiles are continuously installed on the slopes of a house, including following steps (a) to (c): (a) step of subjecting at least a part of the front surface or the back surface of the damaged roof tile to a siliceous flame treatment with a fuel gas containing a silicon-containing compound to form a siliceous flame treatment layer; (b) step of applying an adhesive on the siliceous flame treatment layer to form an adhesive layer; and (c) step of adhering a roof tile material to another roof tile material that overlaps with the roof tile material layer via the adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
