To provide a repairing method of a sheet metal and a pulling-out member used for it, wherein when restoring a dent part generated on a metallic sheet consisting of iron, steel or an aluminum alloy such as a vehicle body, not only the pulling-out member is adequately firmly joinable to the outside of the dent part, but the strength drop, deterioration in the dent part which is observed in a conventional welding method and the local projection-shaped pulling-out in the dent part caused by them are not generated, rejoining of the pulling-out member in the same place to the outside of the dent part is possible and moreover there is no risk of fire.
When performing restoration by joining the pulling-out member 3 to the outside of the dent part 2 which is generated on the metallic sheet 1 consisting of iron, steel, or the aluminum alloy and pulling out the dent part 2 by pulling the pulling-out member 3 in the outward direction, the pulling-out member 3 which is solderable to the outside of the dent part 2 is joined to the outside of the dent part by soldering using a soldering material 5 having the melting point of ≤400°C.
