To provide a method of manufacturing a miniature kimono or a small kimono by inputting photographs simply taken by a film camera or a digital camera to a personal computer and using image editing for reproducing a miniature kimono in the same dyed pattern as a kimono.

The size of the small kimono is represented using a guide line by graphic software to expand like cloth for kimono by image processing, and a photographic image is applied thereto. The seams and shadows in pattern and fine dying gradation parts are made to have no incompatibility using a stamp tool by graphic software. Thus, the images are jointed to form cloth for kimono so that miniature kimono is made by graphic software.
