Abstract:

To properly break a lining layer while reducing the noise and the like in scrapping and removing the lining layer formed on a wall surface of a structure.

A cutting line is formed by cutting the lining layer along the predetermined first direction by using a cutting machine, then first holes are formed at specific intervals in the second direction orthogonal to the cutting line and with predetermined widths in the first direction by using a core drill, and further second holes are formed along the cutting line. A hydraulic breaker is inserted into the first holes and pressurized to generate a cracking line in the second direction, and then the hydraulic breaker 24 is inserted into the second holes and pressurized to separate the lining layer 12 from the structure by shearing force.
