To provide an industrially efficient and safe method of separating capsaicinoids, a method of separation capsinoids, and a method of separating capsinoids and capsaicinoids.
The method of separating capsaicinoids from a raw material containing capsaicinoids by liquid chromatography having a stationary phase and a mobile phase comprises using porous organic polymer particles composed of a (meth)acrylic ester based crosslinked (co)polymer as the stationary phase.
