Abstract:

PURPOSE: To hold a sealing medium, to which sublimation ink is applied, in a state of closely adhering to a tubular body to which patterns are to be set in a pattering method by a thermal transfer seal with sublimation ink.

CONSTITUTION: A ground color 2 is applied to an outer peripheral face of a tubular body 1, or clear lacquer 3 is applied to the ground color, and then dried. The outer surface of the tubular body 1 thus processed is covered with a transfer medium 4 having a pattern formed on a heat-shrinkable film 4a by sublimation ink 4b. Thereafter, the transfer medium is heated and brought into close contact with the outer surface of the tubular body, and the pattern of the transfer medium is transferred to the tubular body.
