Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in setting a pipe and to reduce an equipment cost by descending a pipe by presetting a lot of pipes to a plate and arranging the funnel corresponding to the pipe at the lower part in the moving direction of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The pipe 5 for cooling is set by prepg. a pipe setting plate 10 in advance and forming plural sets of holes 11. When lower die 1 and upper die 4 are carried into a pipe insertion zone the brace 6 supporting the funnel 6 complied with the die kind and plate 10 are respectively moved and stopped by allowing the position of the funnel 6 coincide with the specified position. The pipe 5 is then descended from the plate 10 and set via the tapered wall 7 of the funnel 6 to the hole 13 of the lower die. Due to the setting of the pipe 5 being executed by using the funnel 6 the setting efficiency is improved. The equipment cost is reduced because small equipment and space as well will do.
