Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten substantially an operation time without deviating an edge sewing part from a mark fabric by inputting the coordinate valve of a slotted part of the mark fabric mounted to an embroidering frame to calculatedly correct the profile information of the mark for sewing the mark fabric on a foundation cloth.
CONSTITUTION: A desired mark and size are selected by a mark cutter and a mark fabric having a slotted part in a reference point position of the mark expanded an contracted to the selected size is cut off (S4-S8). Next, a coordinate fabric is inputted by the slotted part of the mark fabric stuck temporarily to a woven fabric by an embroidering machine to be mounted to an embroidering frame (S9-S11). Further, the same mark as that of the mark fabric is selected and the profile information having the reference point coordinate value data of the mark added therein is calculatedly corrected to coincide with the position, size and inclining angle of the mark fabric on the embroidering frame (S12-S16). And edge sewing data are formed on the basis of the corrected profile information and the mark fabric is sewn on a foundation cloth according to the formed edge sewing data (S17, S18).
