Abstract:
To provide a method for simultaneously pressing a large number of bevel gears in which the bevel gears with high accuracy are manually or automatically produced in one stroke efficiently by utilizing a press.
The bevel gears are formed of a tubular stock by using a general press having an automatic feeder. Since three to twelve gears can be simultaneously formed, the productivity is considerably high. The handling work is limited only to insertion of the pressed stocks into a dropping part, and the work taking out of the pressed stocks out of the dropping part. The pressed stocks are automatically discharged from the lower side by utilizing the free fall to improve the productivity and reduce the cost.
