Abstract:
To provide a method for sorting oocyte eliminating the problem that such a sorting operation depends on manpower and therefore fails to maintain uniformity.
The method comprises the following procedure: An oocyte group is prepared, and exposed to lysophosphatidic acid(LPA) to measure the electric current response of oocyte to determine the G-protein conjugated receptor(GPCR) response sensitivity of the oocyte, and based on the response sensitivity, a specific oocyte is sorted. By this method, the oocyte with high uniformity in GPCR response sensitivity can be sorted.
